BP-8xhi : 8.4 volt 2700mAh LONG LIFE replacement Ni-MH insert for ICOM BP-8 and CM-8

The BP-8xh insert is an 8.4-volt 2700mAh replacement rechargeable Ni-MH assembly that goes inside an ICOM BP-8 or CM-8 batery pack. It provides much longer talk time than the original batteries. Some disassembly/re-assembly and soldering is required. Desktop fast-charging is recommended when upgrading to this 2700mAh insert. The thermal overload protector is pre-installed on the insert, to protect it during fast-charging.
