The PB-17WC is a Plug-in slow overnight wall charger for 12-volt Kenwood-type packs such as PB-17x, PB-17xh, and PB-17xs (these packs have a built-in charging jack). The PB-17WC has a custom 15VDC charge output, custom current output, and custom plug/polarity type for these 12v packs. This is handy because the 12V packs CANNOT be charged thru the top of the radio.
