Choose Charger-Battery style:
(1) ORIGINAL style - Charges ALL PB-42XL (& PB-42L) batteries. Charges battery alone - put into charger upside down. The charger has charging contacts to meet with the battery contacts on the face label.  Adjustable spacer accomodates thin battery or bigger battery.

(2) NEW style - Charges NEW PB-42XL (& PB-42L) that have new added feature - bottom charging contacts !  You can insert the Radio & Battery together, or insert just the battery. The charger has spring-loaded pin contacts in the base of the cup.  There is an adjustable cup spacer to accomodate 4 ways: thin battery, thin battery & charger, bigger battery, or bigger battery & charger.
